Do I need a card to start?
No. The free version works without a card and without signing up.
How does the subscription work?
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. There’s no trial. You can subscribe in the app’s settings.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the app’s settings. Plus keeps working until the end of the paid month, and you won’t be charged again.
If you got Plus in the iPhone app, cancel it in the iPhone’s Settings: your name → Subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Plus isn’t for you, write to shternyan@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
If you got Plus in the iPhone app, refunds are made by Apple: ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How can I pay?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for the orders it processes, provides customer service enquiries and handles returns.
Some payment methods, including paying in rubles (199 ₽ a month), are handled by Lava.top.
In the iPhone app, Plus is bought through the App Store.
I’ve been with you from the start. Does anything change?
No. Everything that was free before Plus stays free for you: the course, the library, your words and the daily limits. Plus is only for those who want more than the limits give.
